rouwux This whole album is incredibly powerful. The minimalist yet dynamic production style has an unusual degree of clarity for black metal, and helps the moving compositions shine through. This album has seen me through some indescribably dark times, and this song in particular- with its unrestrained grief, powerful chorus and haunted melodic sensibilities- stands out. An incredible way to end a damn-near-perfect album. Favorite track: December's Hearse.
